Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@glowvibes.beauty with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We do not accept returns on used items, personal care products, or items marked as final sale. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
